من الأفضل انك تجهزي الحشوات في يوم الإجازة الأسبوعية وتحفظ في الثلاجة لتكون جاهزة وقت عمل السندوتشات ولأن الأطفال بيقضوا وقت طويل في المدرسة فيجب علينا أن نصنع لهم السندوتشات بطريقة صحية وتتميز بالطعام الشهي واللذيذ .وهنا سيدتي تعرفين علي طرق وحشوات جديدة مثل الأكل الجاهز تماما حتي لا ينفر منها الأولاد ويلجأون لاشراء الاطعمة الجاهزة من الخارج التي تسبب لهم العديد من الامراض الصحية ويجب أيضا أن تحتوي علي العديد من العناصر الغذائية والفيتامينات
طرق تحضير الانشون والحلاوة الطحينية فى المنزل
1-اللانشون البيتي السادة بدون لحم :
المقادير :
- 6بيضات وهو غني جدا بالبروتين
- 6 قطع جبن مثلث أي نوع تفضيله وذلك لاحتوائها علي الكالسيوم الذي يحتاجه الطفل لنمو العظام
- ثمرة بنجر واحدة وهذا لانها تعطي اللون لللانشون وتمده بالحديد الموجود به وتعطيه قيمة غذائية عالية
- ربع كوب من الزيت النباتي المفضل لديكي
- ايضا كوب من الدقيق وربع ملعقة صغيرة من بهارات اللحمة
- ربع ملعقة صغيرة من الملح ومثلها من الفلفل الأسود وربع ملعقة صغيرة من البابريكا
- ايضا ربع ملعقة صغيرة من البصل البودر وثوم بودر ربع ملعقة وفصين حبهان مطحون
- وملعقة فلفل خشن وملعقة زيتون اختياري
الطريقة :
نضع إناء كبير به كمية مناسبة من الماء وترفع علي النار وتوضع بالماء ورق لوري وفصين حبهان وملح وتترك حتي تمام الغليان وحينها نبدأ بتحضير اللانشون السادة تقشير البنجر وتقطع وتسلق في قليل من الماء حتي تنضج وتتشرب ماء سلقها ثم تترك لتبرد ثم تحضري الخلاط تضعي به البيض ثم الجبن المثلثات والبنجر السابق سلقه أولا و تخلط خلطة خفيفة ثم تضعي عليها باقي المكونات حتي تمتزج وتكون عجينة لينة ليست سميكة واذا أردت أن تضيفي له نكهات مثل الزيتون أو الفلفل الخشن يوضع علي العجينة ويقلب بملعقة يدوية وهذا علي حسب الرغبة تقومي بفرد قطعه من البلاستيك الحراري المستخدم في المطبخ علي سطح مستوي وتضعي فيه الخليط السابق وتقومي بله علي شكل اسطوانة وتغلف جيدا بطبقتين من البلاستيك الحراري ثم تلف بورق ألومنيوم المستخدم في الطبخ وتلف جيدا وحينها تكون الماء وصلت لدرجة الغليان تضعي به اللانشون ويترك من ساعة إلا ربع الي ساعة كاملة وتختبر بواسطة خلة أسنان حتي التأكد من النضج يترك ليهدئ ويوضع ربع ساعة الثلاجة لسهولة تقطيعه وبالهناء والشفا.
