الفازلين اصبح من أكثر المواد الفعالة واهمهم في ترطيب الجلد بشدة لانه من اقواي انواع المرطبات وهو مستخرج من النفط وهذا سبب قوة وشدة ترطيبه وهو يستخدم في استخدامات عدة مثل علاج الجروح ويساعد بدور كبير وفعال في علاج تشققات الجلد ويعالج أيضا تسلخات الجلد ويلعب دور هام وآساسي في تفتيح البشرة بسرعة والفازلين دخل في جميع مستحضرات التجميل في الآونة الأخيرة ويستخدم أيضا في تفتيح الوجه والأماكن الداكنة في الجسم كله .
خلطات بالفازلين للعناية بالبشرة :
يوجد العديد من الوصفات الطبيعية التي تعمل على تفتيح البشرة ومنهم :
1 – ملعقتين من الفازلين:فان الفازلين يجدد خلايا البشرة ويعطي للجلد مرونة وهذا يقلل من ظهور مشاكل البشرة مثل التجاعيد او حب الشباب او البثور السوداء ويضاف إليهم
ملعقتين من ماء الورد:وهي تعمل على غلق المسام المتسعة الموجودة بالوجه وبهذا أيضا يقلل من نمو مشاكل الوجه عموما ويضاف أيضا
ملعقتين من عصير الليمون :وعصير الليمون فعال في تفتيت الدهون الزائدة من الوجه التي اذا تراكمت كونت بثورة سوداء وحب الشباب وعدد من مشاكل البشرة وتقومي بخلطهم المكونات جميعهم ببعض حتي يتجانس الخليط جيدا ويكون ماسك ناعم يسهل فرده على البشرة وتقومي بغسل الوجه بالماء الدافئ وتنظيفها جيدا ثم تحضيري الماسك وتقومي بفرده على البشرة قبل التوجه للنوم مباشرة ويترك على الوجه من المساء إلى الصباح وعند الاستيقاظ تقومي بغسل وجهك بالماء الدافئ للتخلص من الكمية الزائدة على الوجه .
2 – تحضري ثلاث عشر ملعقة من الفازلين وتقومي بوضعه على نار هادئة وتقومي بتقليبه حتى تمام الذوبان تقومي برفعه من على النار ثم تضعي عليه ملعقتين صغيرتين من الكركم ويقلب جيدا حتي يمتزج بعضهم البعض ويكون مثل الكريم ويعبا في علبة أو برطمان حب المتوافرة لديكي وتقومي باستخدامه يوميا على وجهك ويديكي ورقبتك يوما قبل الذهاب للنوم للحصول على نتيجة أفضل
3 – تحضري الفازلين و تأخذي منه ثلاث ملاعق وهذا لترطيب البشرة وتضعين عليه ملعقة من الجلسرين و الجلسرين يعمل على تجديد خلايا البشرة وتقلبيهم جيدا حتى يتجانس ثم تضيفي عليهم صفار بيضة واحدة فقط وهذا لأن البيض يحتوي على بروتين وخصوصا الصفار يحتوي على نسبة بروتين عالية وهذا يعمل على تغذية البشرة ومنحها العناية اللازمة لها ثم تحضري ملعقة من عصير الليمون وهو يزيل ويفتت الدهون الزائدة من الوجه ويفتح البشرة بسرعة و تذيبي فيه ملعقة صغيرة من الخميرة وان الخميرة تعمل على ملء الوجه وتعمل على تسمين الوجه ويظهر بالشكل الصحي الذي طالما حلمتي بيه طويلا ويطبق هذا الماسك يوميا ويفضل قبل النوم مباشرة ويترك على الوجه لمدة ساعتين وتقومي بغسل وجهك بالماء الدافئ بعد مرور الوقت وبعدها تتوجه للنوم ويكرر هذا الماسك مرتين في الأسبوع للحصول على نتيجة أفضل ومضمونة بإذن الله تعالى
4 – ملعقتين من الفازلين وهذا للترطيب وتضعي عليه ملعقتين من العسل والعسل يغذي البشرة ويجدد من خلاياها وينشط الدورة الدموية بالوجه وتقومي بوضع عليه ملعقة من اللوز الناشف تحضري اللوز وتقشريه وتقومي ببشره واستخدامه في الماسك فإن اللوز له الكثير من الفوائد للجسم والشعر وللبشرة بوجه خاص تخلط جميع المكونات ببعضهم وتقومي بغسل وجهك بالماء الدافئ أولا ثم تقومي بفرد الماسك على الوجه ويترك لمدة ساعتين ويفضل أن يكون قبل النوم وبعد أن يمر الساعتين تغسلي وجهك بالماء الدافئ والبابونج لضمان نتيجة أفضل أن شاءالله .
