الكركم :
تقومي بغسل أسنانك بالفرشاة والمعجون بالطريقة المعتادة وبعد انت تنتهي تقومي بشطف أسنانك بالماء للتخلص من بواقي المعجون ثم تحضري الكركم وتقومي بفرك أسنانك به لمدة دقيقة واحدة ثم تشطفيها بالماء ثم تعاودي غسل أسنانك بالفرشاة والمعجون للمرة الثانية وتشطفية وتجدي أسنانك أصبحت ناصعة البياض وصفة بيكربونات الصوديوم تقومي بغسل أسنانك بالمعجون الفرشاة وتشطفية اسنانك بالماء الدافئ وبعدها تضعي رشة من البيكربونات الصودا في وعاء صغير وتضعي عليه عصير ليمون ويخلطو جيدا وتقومي بغسل الفرشاة بهذا الخليط وتقومي بغسل أسنانك به جيدا وتفركيه بلطف لمدة عشر دقائق وبعدها تشطفيها جيدا بالماء الدافئ وتلاحظين الفرق واضح جدا والجدير بالذكر أن هذه الوصفة فعالة جدا في الحصول على أسنان لامعه وناعمة البياض وتكرر مرة كل أسبوعين أو عند الحاجة إليها
ورق الغار (ورق اللوري):
تحضري ورق الغار (اللوري)وهو متوافر في كل منزل وتقومي بطحنه جيدا في الخلاط حتى يتحول إلى بودرة ناعمة وتحضري أيضا قشور البرتقال وهو متوافر في الأسواق بكثرة تجمعيه وتجففيه وتقومي بطحنه حتي يصير بودرة ناعمة وتقومي بخلطهم بودرة ورق الغار مع قشور البرتقال المطحون وتمزجيهم وتضعيه في برطمان وتحتفظي به وتقومي بغسل أسنانك بالفرشاة والمعجون بالطريقة المعتادة لكي وبعدها تأخذي من خليط مسحوق قشر البرتقال وورق الغار وتفركيه به أسنانك جيدا لمدة عشر دقائق وبعدها تقومي بشطف جيدا وممكن استخدامه يوميا في المساء قبل التوجه للنوم مباشرة.
المرمية:
تحضري أوراق المرمية الخضراء وتقومي بطحنها جيدا حتى تصير بودرة ناعمة وتحضري أيضا ملعقة صغيرة من الملح وتخلط بورق المرمية المطحون وبعدها تشعلي الفرن وتضعي به الخليط السابق حتى يجف تماما ويصبح قوامه صلب جدا ثم تضعيه في الخلاط وتقومي بطحنه حتى يتحول لبودرة ناعمة وتقومي بغسيل أسنانك بالفرشاة والمعجون بالطريقة الصحيحة وبعدها تحضري المسحوق المجهز و تفركي به أسنانك يوميا حتي الحصول على أسنان ناصعة البياض ودائمة اللمعان .ولا تنسو أهم شئ هو الحفاظ على نظافة الاسنان بشكل دائم بعد كل وجبة طعام وخصوصا بعد تناول الأطعمة التي تحتوي على سكريات ومواد صبغة
