التأثير السلبي لترك الأطفال مع جليسته
ان آلام مصدر العناية والاهتمام ومنبع الحنان لاطفالها وهي التي تعطي أطفالها الإحساس بالأمن والأمان ووجود آلام يلعب دور هام ورئيسي في حيات الطفل وفي جميع مراحل عمره ولكن في الآونة الاخيرة أصبحت المراة ليست ربة منزل فحسب بل أصبحت تخرج للعمل للمشاركة في المجتمع وللمشاركة في ضغوط الحياة الكبيرة ولحل المشاكل المادية ولهذا لجأت الكثير من الأمهات العاملات الي الاستعانة بمربية المنزل أو جليسة الأطفال كما تسمي ومن حينها انتشرت مهنة جليسة الأطفال علي أمل أنها تخفف عن الام الكثير من أعباء تربية الأطفال ولذلك فهي انتشرت في جميع المنازل التي يتواجد بها مرآة عاملة ولكن للأسف هذا لا يكون صحيح في جميع الأحوال لأن ترك الطفل مع جليسة الأطفال بمفردهم سلوك خطأ وله العديد من المشاكل والاضرارعلي الأطفال والصحة النفسية لهم .
لأن كلما زاد تعلق الطفل بأمه تعلق كبير وقوي ينعكس ذلك في تكوين شخصيته ولكن في حالة غيابها يتحول طلقائيا تعلقة بمربيته وذلك تطور طبيعي لوجودها معه طوال الوقت وهذا مخالف للطبيعة البشرية وعندما يكبر الطفل وسط والدتة ووالده يصبح في المستقبل شخصا سويا وقادرا علي اتخاذ قراراته وقادر أيضا علي تكوين أسرة جديدة سوية .ويصبح أيضا قادرا علي حسن اختياره لأصدقائك ويقدر علي تكوين علاقات اجتماعية ناجحة .
ومن السلبيات أيضا أن الطفل يفضل اللجوء للانطوائية والعزلة أكثر من الخلطة بالمجتمع ولا يقدر علي عمل علاقات إنسانية واجتماعية ناجحة ويصير شخص غير مسؤل عن أفعاله ولا يكن له انتماء ولا ولاء للجو الأسري والترابط الاجتماعي ويكون لدية شعور دائم ومستمر بعدم الأمان وزيادة إحساسه بالقلق والتوتر في أبسط الأمور الحياتية التي يمر بها؛ بالإضافة إلي أن وجود جليسة الأطفال يخرج للمجتمع شخص متقلب المزاج حاد الطباع جاف المشاعر والأحاسيس وممكن أن يصدر أفعال غير متوقعة وأفعال غير مسؤلة أيضا ، ويكون غير قادر علي حل مشكلاته الشخصية بنفسه مهما صغر حجمها .ويصير سهل السيطرة عليه من أي شخص مسؤل أو غير مسؤل ،وأكثر عرضة للانسحاب والإنسان وراء الأشخاص المحيطين به ولا يقدر علي التفريق بين الخطأ والصواب ويكون بداخله دائما إحساس بالخوف من المستقبل لأنه احترم من مصدر الأمان منذ صغره وهي آلام. ويكمن بداخله الإحساس بالرفض من جميع الأشخاص المحيطين به وممكن أن يصدر أي فعل صحيح أو خطأ للفت الأنظار وانتباه المحيطين به ويولد بعده عن والدته في صغره اضطرابات في القيم والأخلاق ،وصاحبه أيضا شعور بالحرمان وهذا يؤثر بالسلب علي صحته النفسية لأن آلام مصدر حنان وهي حمايته وعلمه وجليسته وصديقته وفي غياب آلام يغيب كل معني حلو في حياة الطفل ويصبح عرضة لأفكار أي جليسة تكون متواجدة معه أيآ كانت صحيحة أو خاطئة.
اخطار عدم الرقابة علي جليسات الاطفال :
يجب علي كل أم عاملة أن تراعي كل ماسبق حتي تحافظ علي سلامة الصحة البدنية والنفسية لطفلها فهم فلذات أكبادنا .وواجب علينا حمايتهم من أي أخطار داخلية أو خارجية وفي حالة اضطرار آلام اللجوء الي جليسة الأطفال فيجب عليها توخي الحظر والحرص كل الحرص من ترك الطفل لها طوال اليوم تزرع به افكارها وطباعها واسلوب حياتها أن كان صحيحآ أو خاطئا ويجب أن تتعامل آلام مع أبنائها حتي توطت العلاقة بينها وبين أولادها ولا تسمح بتكوين فجوة بينها بين أطفالها تحت أي ظروف وتحاول توفير الوقت لقضاءه مع طفلها مهما كان وقتها ضيق أو مهما كانت الظروف حتي وإن كان دور جليسة الأطفال فعال ومهم للأم ولكن اضرارها أكثر من فوائدها.ويجب علينا مراعاه أبنائنا والحفاظ عليهم فإنهم أمانة في أعناقنا .
