خلطة رهيبة من قشرة الليمون وزيت الزيتون لعلاج التهاب المفاصل
أن مرض التهاب المفاصل أصبح فى الآونة الأخيرة انتشر بشدة بين فئات كثيرة من الشعب المصري ،فهو لا يقتصر على كبار السن فقط ولكن اصبح منتشر بين الشباب صغار السن أيضا. وهذا بسبب الارهاق الذي يتعرضون له في السعي وراء المعايش ،وانتشار العادات والسلوكيات الخاطئة مثل قلة النوم لفترات كافية فيجب على الإنسان أخذ القسط الكافى من الراحة وعدم الاهتمام بممارسة الرياضة فإن الرياضة مهمة جدا لصحة الانسان وقلة شرب الكميات الوفيرة من المياه ؛شرب المياه يقلل من آلام التهاب المفاصل واخيرا أصبح الحل موجود ومتوافر فى منزل كل شخص وهو قشور الليمون التى نقوم بالقائها فإن قشر الليمون من أهم وجود أنواع العلاجات الآمنة والاقتصادية فى حل مشكلة التهاب المفاصل وهو مفيد فى العديد من الامراض الصحية التى يواجهها الإنسان فى الحياة اليومية .

عليكم بإحضار
1-لمونتان
2-خمس ملاعق كبار من زيت الزيتون
الطريقة :
تحضري الليمون وتبشري القشرة منه وتضيفي إليه زيت الزيتون وتخلطيه جيدا فى إناء ثم تحضري وعاء زجاجي وتضعي فيه الخليط يقلب جيدا ويرجع حتي يمتزج بعضه البعض ويترك فى مكان معتم لمدة لا تقل عن أسبوعين وبعدها تفتحيه وتصفيه جيدا من قشور الليمون وبهذا يكون انتقلت عصارة قشرة الليمون الزيت ثم يؤخذ منه وتدهن الركبتين بهم وتلف بعدها جيدا بالضمادة ويكون دهن الركبتين قبل النوم مباشرة حتي تتشرب الخليط ولا تتعرض لجهود بعدها مباشرة .
كيف اقلل من الم المفاصل ؟
يجب اتباع النصائح الآتية بجانب هذه الوصفة للحصول على نتيجة أسرع وأفضل :
1-عليك أن لا تثني الركبتين أثناء الجلوس وعدم ثنيها لفترة طويلة،فهذا الوضع يجعل وصول الدم للركبتين أبطأ وهذا يحدث شعور حاد بالألم والتنميل.
2 – تناول كمية كبيرة من المياه على مدار اليوم وهذا يجعل رطوبة وليونة بداخل الركبة ،ويقلل من احتكاك عظمتي مفصل الركبة بعضهم البعض الناتج من قلة السوائل الموجودة بينهم وهذا يقلل كثير من ألام المفاصل الحادة.
3 – عدم صعود الدرج كثيرا وهذا لأن حركة ثني الركبة والتحميل عليها فى صعود الدرج يسبب الم شديد لأن تركيز الجسم كله يقتصر على الركبتين
4-تقليل الوزن فإن السمنة المفرطة وزيادة الوزن تضر بالمفاصل لأن تحميل وزن الإنسان يرتكز على الركبتين ومن المعروف أن الأقدام هى التي تحمل الجسم كله.
5-ممارسة الرياضة فيجب الالتزام بتمارين مخصصة لالتهاب المفاصل وهي مثل الاستلقاء على الظهر ورفع القدم المصابة بالالتهاب للأعلى والعد إلى عشرة؛ثم تثني وتفرد مرة أخرى وتعاود العد وهذا يقوى عضلة الساق ويقلل من الإحساس بالألم.
6-تناول الأطعمة التي تحتوي على المادة الصمغية أو الجيلاتين ويوجد منه جيلاتين نباتي وجيلاتين حيواني ويوجد منة عقار على هيئة فوار وهو متوافر بالصيدليات بكثرة وهذه المادة تحديدا هي التي يجب أن تتوافر بين مفاصل الركبة وبهذا فهي تقلل الكثير من احتكاك مفصلي الركبة ببعضهم وتعطي شعور بالراحة .
ويجب علينا عدم الوقوف لفترات طويلة ولا الجلوس لفترات طويلة ،ويجب عدم التعرض للإرهاق وإعطاء الجسد القسط الكافي من ساعات الراحة المطلوبة .
