حمامات كريم للشعر بمكونات طبيعية وطرق تطبيقها
أن الشعر تاج جمال المرأة ومظهره يعكس شخصية كل امرأة وعنوان جمال كل مرآة هو شعرها وقال رسول الله (صل الله عليه وسلم)مكان منكم له شعر فليكرمه صدق رسول الله والشعر يعكس صحة الجسم الداخلية فإن صحة الشعر يدل علي صحة الجسم وعليكم سيدتي الاهتمام به قدر إمكانك والبداية من تناول الأطعمة الغذائية الصحية ويجب أن يحتوي طعامك علي جميع المواد الغذائية وخصوصا الخضروات فإن الخضروات تساعد الشعر علي سرعة نموه وزيادة طوله في وقت قصير. ويجب أيضا شرب الماء بكمية كبيرة لأنها تحافظ على صحة الشعر والجسم عموما.
وعليكي أيضا أن تقومي بقصد أطراف الشعر حتي تتخلصين من الأطراف المتقصفة ويتركز الغذاء في الشعر السليم ويقلل من مظهر الهيشان
واليكي سيدتي طرق كثيرة في عمل حمامات كريم لشعرك بمكونات طبيعية ومن منزلك والنتيجة مضمونة بأذن الله تعالى.
أولا حمام كريم بديل الكيراتين وزيت الزيتون :.
ان ثمرة الافوكادو لها مفعول السحر علي الشعر فهي غنية جدا بالبروتين والبوتاسيوم وهو مايحتاجه الشعر لمعالجة تقصفه ومنع هيشانه واعطائه المظهر الصحي ويعمل أيضا علي فرد تجاعيد الشعر وعليكي أن تحضري سيدتي ثمرة واحدة من نبات الافوكادو تخرجي منها البذرة وتقطعيها وتهرس بواسطة شوكة حتي يصير مثل العجينة وتحضري 3 ملاعق كبار من زيت الزيتون فان زيت الزيتون يغذي الشعر ويجعل ملمسه حريري وهو يعمل ايضاعلي تنعيم الشعر وسرعة نموه ويقوي من بصيلة الشعر ويساهم في زيادة طول الشعرة في وقت قليل .
تقومي سيدتي بوضع معجون الافوكادو علي 3 ملاعق زيت الزيتون وتقومي بخلطهم جيدا حتي تحصلين علي خليط كريمي وبعدها تقومي بغسل شعرك بالماء والشامبو جيدا ثم تقومي بتجفيفة بالطريقة المعتادة وتقومي بتقسيم الشعر الي مجموعة من اللخصلات لسهولة التحكم فيه ثم تقومي بوضع كمية من الخليط المجهز علي راحة اليد وتبدأ بتوزيع علي جميع خصل الشعر خصلة تلو الاخري حتي تنتهي من جميع الخصل ثم ترتدين البونيه الخاص بكي وتضعي فوقها فوطة ساخنة حتي يتوغل الكريم ويتشربه الشعر جيداوتتركي شعرك ملف لمدة ساعتين وممكن خلالها تقومي بأعمال منزلك وبعد مرور الساعتين ترفع الفوطة والبونيه وتقومي بغسل شعرك كالمعتاد بالماء الدافئ ويجب أن تكون ماء جاري حتي تتخلصين من الكريم تماما وتصففين شعرك بالطريقة المعتادة وعليكي تكرارها مرتين في الأسبوع.
ثانيا .حمام كريم الموز والبيض :
أن الموز من الفواكه المفيدة جدا لجسم الإنسان وللشعر بصفة خاصة لأنه غني جدا بالحديد والبوتاسيوم وهو أساسي في بناء الشعرة وسلامتها من التلف . تقومي يحضر 3 ثمرات من الموز اذا كان شعرك طويل وواحدة اذا كان شعرك قصير ثم تقومين بتقشيره وهرسه في إناء بواسطة شوكة ويجب أن لايكون به تكتلات وتضعين عليه بيضتان اذا كان شعرك طويل أو حسب الحبة واذا كان شعرك قصير فإن واحدة تكفي وتخلطينهم مع الموز حتي يصير كريم وممكن وضع عليه كيس من الفانيليا لتجنب الرائحة. وتقسمين شعرك خصلات لتسهل توزيع الكريم عليه حتي تنتهي من الشعر كله ثم تلفينه بفوطة ساخنة لمدة ساعتين وبعدها تقومي بغسل بالطريقة المعتادة ويفضل أن تكرر مرتين في الأسبوع للحصول علي نتيجة سريعة .
ثالثا حمام كريم بالنخاع والبيض وزيت الزيتون :
وهذا من أهم الماسكات للشعر لما يحتويه من كمية كبيرة جدا من البروتين والدهون التي يحتاجها الشعر الجاف والمقصف الهايش . تحضرين إناء وبه ماء وترفع علي نا هادئة وتضعين بها إناء آخر لوضع النخاع وعمل حمام مائي له حتي تمام الذوبان وليس التسخين ومن ثم عليكي أن ترفعيه وقتها وأخذ منة 3 ملاعق كبيرة من النخاع المذاب واضافه له 3 ملاعق كبيرة من زيت الزيتون وخلطهم جيدا حتي يمتزجو ثم تضيفي عليه بيضة واحدة وهذا حسب طول شعرك ان كان اطول او اقصر ولكن لاتضعي البيض علي الخليط وهو ساخن حتي لاتفسد البيضة وبعدها تقلبينه جيدا حتي يتجانس جميع المكونات ثم تقسيم شعرك أربع أو ست مجموعات حسب كثافة الشعر وتقومي بتوزيع الخليط وتفركيه حتي يتشرب كل شعرة من هذا الخليط وعند الانتهاء تغطيه بكيس بلاستيك لتصل له الحرارة ومساعدته في الانتشار في خصلات شعرك ويترك علي الشعر 3 ساعات وبعد يفك ويغسل جيدا بالطريقة المعتادة لكي وهذه الطريقة يكفي أن تكرر مرة واحدة ف الاسبوع وهذا لقواتها وزيادة فائدتها للشعر .
رابعا ماسك الزبادي وزيت الزيتون :
ماسك الزبادي مفيد للشعر ولكن كثير من السيدات لأتفضله وهذا بسبب الرائحة التي يسببها ولكن سوف نتعرف علي طرق للتغلب علي هذه المشكلة تحضري سيدتي علبه من الزبادي البلدي أو علبتين حسب طول شعرك وكثافة وتضعي عليه ملعقتين من زيت الزيتون أو ملعقة واحدة وتضعي الملعقة الآخرة من زيت جوز الهند أو اللوز للتخلص من الرائحة واذا وضعت زيت الزيتون تضعي معه ملعقة من الفانيليا السائلة أو كيس من الفانيليا البودرة وهي تعمل علي تغيير رائحة الزبادي في الشعر وبهذا تكوني حققت المعادلة بأنك تاخذين فائدة الزبادي وتخلصتي من رائحتها وهذه الوصفة مجربة ومضمونة جدا ونتيجتها فورية أيضا تقومي بوضع الخليط علي شعر مبلل لتسهيل تشرب الشعر للخليط ولاتنسى أن تقسم شعرك لتسهيل وضع الكريم ويترك ساعتين علي الأقل وبعدها تغسلينه بالطريقة الخاصة بكي وسوف تلاحظين الفرق من أول استخدام ولا تجدين له رائحة كما كان من قبل.
