واليكي سيدتي المقادير :
- كوبين من الدقيق الأبيض المختص للحلويات.
- كوب سكر.
- زيت نباتي
- ملاعق كبيرة.
- كوب وربع من عصير البرتقال الطازج.
- ثلاث بيضات.
- ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر (صودا الخبز).
- بشر برتقالة واحدة لزيادة نكهة البرتقال .
- ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا.
طريقة التحضير :
تحضري سيدتي الدقيق ويوضع في إناء عميق وتحضري إناء آخر ومنخل وتضيفي البيكنج بودر (صودا الخبز)أي نوع تفضيله وتخلطيه مع الدقيق جيدا وتنخليهم جيدا حتي نعطي فرصة للهواء أن يتخلل جزيئات الدقيق وهذا يعطي نتيجة أفضل ومضمونة للكيكة بإذن الله ثم يترك جانبا وتأتي سيدتي بالخلاط وتضعي فيه البيض أولا وعليه السكر و الفانيليا لإزالة زفارة البيض وقومي بخلطهم جيدا إلي أن تجدي السكر اختفي تماما وامتزج بالبيض ولا يوجد بالخلاط حبيبات السكر وتجدي لونهم اصبح فاتح تضيفي لهم بعد ذلك الزيت النباتي وعصير البرتقال او ممكن استبداله بعصير تانج برتقال تضعي اربع ملاعق مع كوب وربع من الماء ولكن يفضل عصير البرتقال الطازج
يضاف أيضا بشر البرتقالة أيضا وتعودي للخلط مجددا وسوف تجدي بشر قشرة البرتقالة امتزج واختفى بداخل الخليط وممكن عدم وضع بشر البرتقال بالخلاط اذا اردت طعم بشر البرتقال ظاهر في المضغ وقتها تضعية علي الدقيق ثم تضعي الخليط على الدقيق والبيكنج صودا المنخول مسبقا ويقلب بواسطة ملعقة كبيرة في اتجاه واحد حتي لا نخرج الهواء من الكيكة لتصبح هشة وطرية حتي يتجانس الخليط تماما
تشعل الفرن علي 200درجة مئوية حتي يسخن وهذه الخطوة مهمة وأساسية في نجاح أي كيكة وقتها تحضري صنية متوسطة تدهن بمادة دهنية ورش عليها الدقيق حتي تكون طبقة عازلة عن سطح النصية وتقلل درجة حرارة الفرن الي 180درجة مئوية وتدخل النصية الفرن علي الشبكة في منصف الفرن لمدة نصف ساعة وتختبر بواسطة خلة أسنان حتي التأكد من النضج ويغلق الفرن وتترك دقيقتين لتهدأ
وتخرج الكيكة وتقطع بعد أن تبرد تماما حتي نحصل علي قوام متماسك للكيكة وتقدم باردة مع كوب من الحليب أو عصير البرتقال الطازج
