ويغطي حتي يترسب القرفة والفلفل الاحمر وبعدها سيدتي اتركية جانبا حتي يبرد ثم تضيفي إليه عصير الليمونة ويقلب ويجب عدم وضع الليمون علي الماء وهو ساخن لأن فيتامين سي يفسد من الحرارة المرتفعة . وتتناولي هذا المشروب بانتظام وتجدين فرق واضح جدا في الاسبوع الاول .ويجب أيضا أن تساعدي هذا المشروب بشرب كمية وفيرة من الماء علي مدار اليوم وكمية لاتقل عن 4لتر
